Techno Economic Analysis on PV System Based on Localized Load Profile
Abstract
Generally, electricity is distributed by the utility grid which is use non renewable sources to generate electricity to the consumer. Due to rapid development of renewable energy technology consumer are encouraged to use renewable source to generate electricity for their usage alongside using electricity that are supplied by utility grid. Besides, consumer can sell back the electricity that was generated from renewable source to electricity energy provider. Hence, feasibility analysis of GCPV system to be used as power supply is conducted. In this research, system architecture of the solar system at research location is construct and simulated to find out the most feasible system to be used and to prevent oversizing of renewable energy system. From the result, the most feasible system had a lowest Net Present Cost (NPC).
