Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format (maximum file size: 10MB).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the format of manuscript, stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • The author(s) are encouraged to suggest two to three potential reviewers with relevant expertise and no conflicts of interest. Please provide each reviewer’s full name, institutional affiliation, official email address, and area of expertise in the “Comments for the Editor” section.

Author Guidelines

The journal uses the Online Journal System (OJS) for all submission, review, proofing, and copyediting processes until publication. In general, the editorial process takes approximately 12 - 16 weeks from the date the manuscript is submitted by the authors through the online system.

Before a manuscript proceeds to peer review, the manuscript must fulfill acceptable level of originality from the previously published work and cited sources.

The manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word and formatted in double-column A4 size. The standard manuscript minimum length for submission is 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references. 

There is no charge for the submission and publication of articles to the journal.

All manuscripts must strictly follow the provided IJEEAS journal template and formatting requirements below:

Journal Editorial Process: 
In general, the editorial process will take 12 - 16 weeks once an article is submitted by authors through the online system. The editorial process includes reviewing, proofing/ copyediting, and publication. Before a manuscript proceeds to peer review, the manuscript must fulfill an acceptable level of originality from previously published work and cited sources.
