Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format (maximum file size: 10MB).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the format of manuscript, stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

The journal uses the Online Journal System (OJS) for all submission, review, proofing, and copyediting processes until publication. In general, the editorial process takes approximately 16 weeks from the date the manuscript is submitted by the authors through the online system.

Before proceeding to the review process, the article must pass an initial screening to ensure that the similarity index is below 30% for both Turnitin and AI detection tools.

The manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word and formatted in single-column A4 size. The standard manuscript minimum length for submission is 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. 

Manuscripts exceeding 10 pages will incur an additional publication charge of USD 10 per extra page. For example, a 11-page manuscript will incur an additional charge of USD 10, while an 12-page manuscript will incur an additional charge of USD 20.

Journal Editorial Process: 
In general, the editorial process will take 12 weeks once an article is submitted by authors through the online system. The editorial process includes reviewing, proofing/ copyediting, and publication. Before an article has proceeded to the reviewing process. we typically look for < 30% similarity to the author's own previous works or materials that are referenced.
